Gas/Oil Fired Steam Boiler

The main structure includes: Boiler shell, Bellows furnace, Returns burns chamber, Threaded gas pipe, etc. The shell and the furnace are made by 20g boiler special steel. Furnace & Returns burns room, Tube plate & Boiler shell and Returns burns room & Returns burns room cylinder are connected by the method of flanged edge connecting. The design of the boiler is according to JB/T10094-1999General Technology Conditions for Industry Boiler.The intensity calculation of all the press parts is according to GB/T16508-1996, and design the safety valve outlet according to supervision regulation of stream boilers safety techniquefor ensuring the safety of boiler body.
